Our Beneficiary

SMAC's History

SMAC began in 2010 when a student wanted to do something to raise money for charity. She was passionate about the Make a Wish Foundation, so they made a goal to raise $5,000. They started out small with dine-in nights and a silent auction. Each year SMAC has exceeded the activities of the year before and continued to raise money beyond what we imagined.

This year SMAC will sponsor more than ten events with a goal to raise over $200,000. To date, SMAC has raised over $700,000 dollars for local charities.

SMAC 2020 Beneficiary - Habitat for Humanity

SMAC is excited to announce that this year’s beneficiary is the Stillwater Habitat for Humanity! Habitat for Humanity (SHFH) is an organization that strives to create homes, build community, and eliminate poverty. While Habitat for Humanity is an international program, our fundraising will benefit the Stillwater location and help to support the hard work and the difference that they make throughout our community.
